​HOW WE WORK WITH YOU
​​We believe that many people making significant changes can benefit initially from the support of a group of individuals with similar goals led by an experienced coach. This double level of support vastly increases the level of commitment to the mental and emotional work of change and provides an expanded network of partners in change. In addition, group work is a way to do the important 'getting ready' work of change in an affordable way.
For those who prefer to start with one-on-one coaching, individualized packages are also available.
Initial Group Experience
Purpose: To identify your barriers to change and find support with others preparing for changes in their work or life.

Eight weekly 45 minute small group sessions in a Zoom pod of 2 to 6 people.

One individual 45 to 60 minute coaching session.

Weekly one hour videos

A unique assessment instrument

A platform for communicating with your group between sessions

Short, daily 'mental muscle' building practice to create new neural pathways that lead to increased focus on the changes you want to make.

Please note: this process requires a 2 to 3 hours/week time commitment.
Costs: 2 payments of US$495 (or a single payment of US$975).

Individual Coaching
​
Purpose: To work in a highly individualized way toward your future work and life.
​

Weekly or bi-weekly one-on-one coaching via Zoom. These sessions are highly individualized based on the client’s needs, wishes, and goals.

Chicago area clients may opt to meet in person

Assessments geared to your specific needs and interests.

Quick check-ins between sessions.

Individual coaching may start immediately, or may follow the Initial Group Experience
Costs: Package of six 45-minute individual sessions over 6-12 weeks:
Two payments of US$650. or a single payment of US$1,300.
Additional individual 45-minute sessions, US$180.
Although many assessment instruments are free, some may incur an additional cost.
